The ISARM2010 Secretariat is pleased to send you the Third Announcement and Final Programme of the International Conference on “Transboundary Aquifers: Challenges and New Directions”. The Conference will take place from 6 to 8 December 2010 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.

The aim of the Conference is to bring together leading world experts to discuss approaches for the sound management of transboundary aquifers, in both developed and developing countries. In particular, the conference will stress the accent on how principles of international law and good governance can contribute to the sustainable management of these systems.
